Where will I receive my alerts?
Upon registration, we ask members to provide their full name and phone number along with their payment information. Your phone number is securely integrated into our AI-powered database, which allows us to send you instant SMS alerts when our screeners trigger signals, so you never miss a potential trading opportunity.
Your data is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
How many alerts will I receive?
We typically send around 2–4 alerts per trading day, depending on market conditions and the opportunities we identify. We focus on meaningful, carefully analyzed alerts rather than noise — our AI system finishes its screening process before any alert is sent.
Do I have to enable incoming SMS?
You don’t need to accept or reply “yes” to start receiving alerts. Once your registration and payment are complete, just make sure SMS notifications are enabled on your iOS or Android device. You’ll receive a welcome message confirming your subscription.
Can I disable the alerts?
Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to our message service to stop text alerts. This only stops the texts — it does not cancel your membership. To cancel your membership, see our refund policy. Reply START or YES at any time to resume alerts.
What are the SMS delays?
The typical delay between our screeners sending an alert and you receiving it is approximately 5–10 seconds, depending on your country and carrier. If it’s significantly longer, check your reception and make sure you can receive messages from various senders. Still slow? Contact us and we’ll help.
Can I receive SMS with an international phone number?
Absolutely. Although we’re based in North America, our system sends SMS alerts to international phone numbers. If you encounter any issue receiving alerts, wherever you are, contact us and our team will assist you.
